Getting ready for our trip

Ione is fully packed: stuffed animals? Check. Soft blankie? Check. Cozy place to sit and listen to books the night before I leave? Check.

Lettin' it all hang out

We're still not sure why she dropped her drawers while washing dishes, but hey--at least she's helping! Linden loves the dishwasher, but she hasn't quite grasped that dirty dishes stay in and clean ones come out.

Chillin'

Gotta have a ladybug sunhat on these days!

Roberta flirts with Linden

Over at our pad for brunch, Roberta feeds Linden and they obviously bond over local, organic produce!

Graduation!

July 3rd was Ione's last day in Teri's class. She has now moved up to the Primary room. Although she's made the transition well and is happy in her new surroundings, we miss Teri and her amazing, gentle, calm and fun style.

Exploring new territory

Ione was psyched to realize she'd never looked into this series of drawers...and found all kinds of goodies Mom was trying to hide! New Elmo toothbrush, anyone?

Long day at the Mississippi Street fair

Riding home in their bike trailer proved to be the perfect recipe for a nap, despite the Blue Raspberry Hawaiian Shave Ice buzz.

Standing leads to walking!

Linden pulled herself up to standing! She did it on this rockin' rocking yellow fish--no easy feat, given the rocking aspect. She was quite pleased with herself!
